Hi Mrs. Hall,
"You're the best teacher." ~ Sam Morris

Thank you for making his first day a great one. He told me he did lots of fun things, but would give me any details... maybe today I'll get some info out of him!
Blessings,
Donna

I was listening to Lily yesterday afternoon playing "teacher"...Well I realized she was saying and acting what she had learned from her teacher...She went around and wanted me to cut her a heart out of paper...I told her I didnt know how,and to ask her bubby...Well she asks and being a good brother he gets the paper and trys.Well she says thats not how my teacher made one,but she took it anyway..Then she goes back and sits down and starts talking to her "class".She doesnt know Im listening and watching her.She starts telling her class how when you say mean and hurtful things how it can break their heart and she holds up the paper heart. And then she started repeating "I guess what her teacher had said giving examples of how ones hearts can get broken by whats said and how things are said".Well she startes ripping the heart into while giving examples....I just sat back and tears came to my eyes of how much she remembered and that she really took all that in..And I am thankful for the teachers out there that start kids while their young.Showing them the way to be kind. Not all kids are taught that at home, and thats how bulling starts...its nice to know it can be taught at school so maybe one day there will be less bulling...Big Thanks Mrs.Janice Hall 1st Grade teacher at BPS ♥

I'm a bit late, I know. Thank you for making Chloe's first day a great one - last year, we had problems with separation anxiety and I was worried we'd have those same issues but, so far, we've done well!
