Apple Week

We are learning about American Heros this week.  Johnny Appleseed was an American Folk hero that traveled around the country planting apple seeds.  Can you blog me and tell me some facts we have learned
about Johnny Appleseed.

Don't forget we are going to have an Apple Feast on Friday, so bring in those apple treats!!!

Also, we are collecting food for the Second Harvest Food Bank!  Our box is really looking great!  Thanks for all the support in helping others!

Mrs. Hall,
I learned that Johnny Appleseed wears a pot on his head and that he does not wear shoes. I also learned that he is an American folk tale.
Thank you for making school fun!
See you tomorrow,
Jake Green
