Marvelous Monday

                                      Dear Boys and Girls,
We have a very exciting theme this week in reading.  We will be learning how animals grow and change.   Today we talked about how most animal babies look like their parents when they are born.  However, there are at least two animals that must go through changes before they look like their parents.  One was a butterfly.  Can you name the other one?

We had an awesome time at Pizza Hut today.  We created our own pizza.  It was delicious. Yum, Yum!  Thank you for being so good and using such good manners!

Love,

Dear Mrs. Hall,
A frog does not look like its mother when it is born. It looks like a fish. It is called a tadpole. We have a big puddle of tadpoles at
our river. They will become bull frogs.
LOVE,
Sally!!

Dear Sally and Emily,
You are correct. Frogs and toads have to make many changes before they look like their parents!

I am glad you are excited about the Valentine Dance, Emily. I am sure you will have a GREAT time. Be sure to bring some pictures to share with us.
