Great Day Today!

We had a great Monday!  Everyone was present today so we earned a star for our door!
Kalasha is our Top Reader with over 50 point Club!
We practiced writing words with our new sounds of /ir/ as in bird, girl, shirt, and skirt.
I am sooooooo proud of my class!!!  They are so well-behaved and so eager to learn!

Ask your child "Who is Sacagawea?"

Dear Mrs. Hall
Sacagawea was an indian. She led Louis and Clark across the world. She lived a long time ago. I loved learning about her. Sacagawea is our person of the week.
Love,
Sally

Sacagawea was a indian. She traveled across the world. She tried to run away from the people on the horses. I love learning with you.

Mrs. Hall,
Our class also learned about Sacagawea. She was an Indian who helped Lewis and Clark with their adventure. She is on a gold coin with her baby on her back.

Happy Learning,
Mrs. Sherry's Class Monkeys!
