Hey Mrs. Hall,
I read about Benjamin Franklin on the internet. He invented the lightning rod, bifocal glasses, and the Franklin stove.

He is on the hundred dollar bill.

His mommy wanted him to be a preacher when he grew up, but he did not have enough money.

When he was 8 years old he invented swimming fins to help him swim faster.

Love,
Rivers.

Mrs. Hall, I found out on the internet that Benjamin Franklin invented an iron furnace stove. People could heat their house with it and cook on it too. He also invented the first kind of catheter.

Mrs. Hall,
Benjamin Franklin also formed the first fire department in Pennsylvania.
